From the 25^th of May 2018, certain changes to privacy laws came into force, under GDPR, and I am required by law to issue you with a privacy statement.

Any contact details are stored on a Work Sheet that is kept for one month after a funeral.  wedding, vow renewal or naming ceremony.  This is required for any necessary back up or feed back calls.

After one month all contact details held on the Work Sheet are securely destroyed by shredding/burning.   All electronic contact details are also deleted after one month.  Your details will never be used for marketing purposes.

All Tributes are held for a period of 5 years, on a secure home laptop and backed up on a memory pen that is also kept in a secure locked drawer.   This is to allow any cross referencing for future family services, and as back up for families who wish additional copies.   No contact details are kept with Tributes.
