For some a simple act of commitment may be what they want, to mark an engagement or to simply mark a relationship in a way that will share your feelings with friends and family and honour your loving union.
There are beautiful rituals to enable you to do this, such as hand fasting (traditionally part of a Scottish Wedding Ceremony!), the lighting of candles, the mixing of sand, planting of a tree, exchanging flowers, exchange of rings – anything YOU want.
You can also involve any children or friends and family to make it a joyous and memorable occasion.
My role is to help you in all aspects of planning your ceremony from advice regarding your vows to informing you on different rituals that you may want to include in your ceremony. You may even have some ideas of your own!
This includes a home visit, unlimited telephone and email contact, planning your order of service with you, a draft ceremony for checking, liaising with your venue and photographer, a walk through prior to your ceremony, delivery of service at your venue of choice and a copy of your service for you to keep.
